Details are still scarce, but the publication's sources claim the GR Super Sport road car will be powered by a "competition" twin-turbo hybrid V6 engine. The power output is still unknown, but Toyota's new hypercar will reportedly accelerate from 0-62 mph in 2.5 seconds and 0-124 mph in less than seven seconds. After the hypercar's competition debut, customer deliveries for the road-going Toyota GR Super Sport are expected to start in 2022, but it's unknown how many units Toyota will produce.
