Acura recently sent the first parts information bulletin and 18-step quality inspection checklist for the Integra to dealers. While we know almost everything about the car, including the pricing structure, there are a few new things we picked up from these documents. Unfortunately, there's no mention of the highly-anticipated Type S. The 18-step inspection is essentially a guide to unwrapping the Acura Integra, but the final step makes an exciting reference to the embedded navigation system. The Integra doesn't have it. The document states that "navigation maps can be viewed using a smartphone connected through Apple Carplay and Android Auto". We're not sure whether this results from the semiconductor chip shortage or just the new standard. We've argued before that smartphone integration and third-party apps have made in-car navigation irrelevant. Either way, we don't see it as a dealbreaker.
