Otter Real-time transcription service Otter AI now offers Zoom integration. As reported by TechCrunch, the feature is for Otter for Teams and Zoom Pro subscribers who use Zoom. Perfect timing: The new add-on fits in well with all the Zoom conferencing we're seeing these days as kids and adults work and go to school online. How to access: Whoever hosts the Zoom meeting will need to have at least an Otter for Teams subscription and a minimum of three $20 seat licenses. There's also a free two month trial if you enter the code "OTTER_RELIEF" at checkout. Recorded bliss: Once activated, Otter will transcribe what everyone says, even if they're using a headset or external mic. You can view the live, interactive transcript from inside Zoom as well. Special sauce: The company says it built its own proprietary system that includes speaker separation and identification, word synchronization, and summarization along with the speech-to-text technology. "Otter generates smart notes that sync audio, text, and images. Users can search, play, edit, organize, and share meeting notes from any device via the Otter app," the company wrote in a blog post.
