With today’s launch of Crucible, Amazon just might have your next favorite game. Relenteless Studios Amazon’s first big-budget sci-fi shooter, Crucible, is out today as a free-to-play game on Steam. Behind the scenes: We’ve already got a lot of games like this on our consoles and PCs, including Fortnite, Overwatch, Apex Legends, and more. Amazon is taking its first tentative steps into becoming a game developer instead of just a publisher, making Crucible a litmus test for the company. It doesn’t hurt that Amazon owns Twitch, either, the “watch me play video games” service; in fact, many reviews of this new release have pointed out how watchable Crucible is. That’s most likely by design. Where to get it: Head on over to the Steam store and you’ll likely see Crucible on the main store page. If not, you can search for it, then download to your PC for free. If nothing else, the price is right. Via: InputMag Learn More About Gaming
