You can install The Sims: Deluxe Edition over the original game and any expansion packs you already have. The recommended installation order is: The Sims or The Sims Deluxe or The Sims Mega Deluxe (base game)The Sims: Livin' LargeThe Sims: House PartyThe Sims: Hot DateThe Sims: VacationThe Sims: UnleashedThe Sims: SuperstarThe Sims: Makin' Magic You don't have to own all seven expansion packs, but you should install the ones you do have in the order they were released.
