In fact, watching Vudu on Apple TV is a great experience because it supports Apple TV's voice functions such as fast-forwarding or rewinding using the Siri remote combined with English-language commands like: "back up three minutes" or "skip ahead thirty minutes." Here's how to get started with Vudu on your Apple TV. Instructions in this article apply to Apple TV 4th generation and newer. How to Start Watching Vudu on Apple TV
To get started with Vudu, you first need to download the platform from the App Store. First, open the App Store on your Apple TV; it's the blue icon with the A on it. When you first open the App Store, you'll be on the Discover page (or the Featured page if you're using an older version of tvOS). Swipe right on the top menu and choose Search (denoted by a magnifying glass). If you don't see the top menu, swipe down on the remote to reveal it. Type Vudu into the search box. You can also search by voice by holding the Siri button on your remote (it has a microphone icon on it) and saying, "Vudu." Choose Vudu from the list of apps in the search results. On the Vudu page, select the Get button to download the Vudu app; it is a free download. If you've previously downloaded Vudu, the Get button will have an icon that looks like a cloud with an arrow pointing down. After the app downloads, the Get button will change to an Open button. Select it to launch the app. How to Sign in to Vudu on Apple TV

After launching Vudu, scroll to the Settings menu at the top. You'll start on the Account tab. Click the Sign In button. Sign in using your Walmart account or your Vudu account. If you have Vudu installed on your iPhone or iPad, you can sign in using your device by launching the app. Navigate to Settings > Account to sync your credentials across devices without having to manually enter your password.
