EZGIF.com is an online GIF maker and editor with fairly simple steps for editing a GIF. Here are some of the things you can do with it.

Add or Remove Images From the GIF

Launch your favorite browser and go to ezgif.com. Select GIF Maker. Select Choose Files in the Animated GIF Maker screen. Select the GIF file you want to modify and then select Open. If you want to add any images to your GIF, select them along with the GIF file. Select Upload and make a GIF. Rearrange the order of the images. Select Skip on the images you want to remove from the GIF file. When you're done, select Save. Browse to the folder you want to save your edited GIF file, give it a file name and then select Save. Open your edited GIF and enjoy.

How to Resize a GIF

Follow Steps 1-5 above. After the file opens, select Resize. Enter the new measurements in the Width and Height fields or resize by entering a percentage of the original size in the Percentage field and then select Resize image.
