How to Enable Opera Turbo

In Windows and macOS, you could turn on Opera Turbo through the Advanced settings. Here's how: Select the Opera menu button in Windows or Opera on a Mac. Select Settings from the drop-down menu. On a Mac, select Preferences. Select Advanced on the left side of the page. Select Features in the Advanced submenu.
