How to Cancel Pandora Plus and Premium on iOS

If you listen to Pandora on an iPhone, iPod, or iPad, follow these instructions for how to cancel your Plus or Premium subscription. Open the iTunes program on your computer or smart device. Click on Settings followed by iTunes & App Store and then select your Apple ID. Click on View Apple ID. If you aren't already logged in, you will be prompted to do so with your email and password. Select Subscriptions and then click on Pandora. Click on Cancel Subscription.

How to Cancel Pandora Plus and Premium Subscriptions on Android

If you listen to Pandora on an Android device, you will need to cancel your subscription via the Google Play Store. Log into your Google account on the official Google Play Store website. From the left menu, click on My subscriptions. Click on Pandora and then Cancel Subscription.

How to Cancel Pandora Plus and Premium on PC and Mac

If you listen to Pandora on a Windows PC or Mac, you can cancel your Plus or Premium subscription by logging into your Pandora account via the official website. Once you've done so, do the following. After logging in on Pandora.com, click on your profile image. Click on Settings. Click on Subscriptions and then select Switch Plans. Choose Cancel Subscription. You will be asked to enter your account password to confirm your cancellation.

How to Cancel Pandora Plus or Premium on Roku

If you listen to Pandora on a Roku streaming media box, you will have to cancel your Pandora Premium subscription directly on your TV. Turn your TV and Roku on and search for the Pandora app icon on the Roku Home Screen. Don't click on it. While highlighting the Pandora app on your TV, press the Options button on the Roku remote. From the pop-up menu, click on Manage Subscriptions and then choose Cancel Subscription.

Deleting Your Pandora Account

Now that you've cancelled your Pandora Plus or Premium subscription, your account would have been reverted to a free account and it can now be deleted. Before you do, it's important to remember that your Pandora account is what saves all of your listening history and song preferences. Once you delete your Pandora account, there's no way to get your data back even if you decide to create a new account in the future. It's very important that you cancel your subscription before deleting your Pandora account. If you don't, you will continue to be billed as the billing of the Plus and Premium subscriptions is done via a third-party and isn't connected to your Pandora account at all. Click on your user profile image. Click on Settings. Click on Account. On the bottom of the page will be a link that says Delete Pandora Account. Click on it.
