You can share your screen at any time during a Google Meet video call. The Chrome browser has the most options for sharing your screen, though you can also use Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari. Click Present Now. It's in the bottom toolbar. Select Your entire screen, A window, or Chrome Tab from the pop-up menu. Next, select which window or Chrome tab you want to share. You can share an app window, such as Photoshop or Microsoft Excel, or a tab displaying a website or a PDF. If you're sharing a Chrome tab of a YouTube video, for example, uncheck Share Audio if you don't want to broadcast sound. Click Share. To stop sharing, click You Are Presenting > Stop Presenting. You can present your screen during someone else's presentation; theirs will pause. Click [Name] is presenting. Select Your entire screen, A window, or Chrome Tab. You'll get a pop-up confirming that you want to take over presenting. Click Share now. Click Share. Join a Google Meet Only to Present
