According to a new post by WABetaInfo, WhatsApp’s multi-device feature is set to launch in a few short months for beta testers on iOS and Android, and will allow for up to four devices and a single smartphone to be linked to your WhatsApp account. 9To5Google notes that support for multi-device support will be limited to WhatsApp Web, WhatsApp Desktop, and the Facebook Portal smart display. It is unclear if the company will change how multi-device support works in the future, but for now, this appears to be how WhatsApp plans to address the long-awaited feature.
